We are seeking a customer service-oriented Inbound Call Representative to join our team at Nanny Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from clients, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide information about our services and products
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Update customer records and information in the database

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
