Nanny Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Processor to join our team. The Records Processor will be responsible for accurately maintaining and updating all records related to our childcare services. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and input new client information into the database
  • Update and maintain existing client records
  • Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with organizing and filing physical records
  • Generate reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or records management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
