We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our team at Nanny Solutions. The File Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Major Responsibilities:
- Sort and file documents accurately and efficiently
- Scan and digitize paper documents
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Retrieve files as needed for staff members
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
